Yes! I take Aetna, Cigna, and Optum insurances through a platform called Alma. Before we start working together I will collect your insurance information and perform an insurance check to confirm I am in network. You will receive an email with your expected financial contribution, and you will be notified if this changes.

We can still work together! I offer a self pay rate and can provide you with monthly superbills that you can submit to your insurance company for out of network rates if covered.

Initial consultation (50-60 minutes) - $400.

Follow up sessions:
-Medication only (20-25 minutes) - $150
-Medication + therapy (45 minutes) - $250

I offer weekday availability with evening hours to accommodate appointments after work. I do not offer weekend sessions.

Because this is a solo practice, I do not have colleague coverage or provide emergency services. There are times I may be away and notify clients as soon as possible and develop a plan as necessary.
